La opinión de la Guía Michelin
Orthodox French cuisine as guarded by successive generations of head chefs since 1974. The absence of a long-established menu enables Chef Yuhei Kurita to evolve with the times. The eighth head chef of L’écrin values his sauces, striving for the perfect wine pairings. In keeping with the restaurant’s name, which means ‘jewel box’, a wooden box is presented at the end of the meal – lift the lid and you’ll find little cakes and bonbons, shining like jewels.
