Regulars come for the signature chicken soup casserole – it takes 10 hours to make the milky rich chicken stock before free-range chicken, ham, dried scallops and pork trotters are added and cooked for two more hours. Other famed Sichuan dishes are also on the menu, such as dry-fried French beans and Kungpao chicken. Some dishes can be customised with condiments of your choice. It’s always busy so early reservations are recommended.
