A small gastronomic treasure, elegant and refined, hidden among the picturesque alleys of the largest town on the island of Brač. Here, chef-patron Dino Šeparović offers two tasting menus of 4 or 6 courses, centered on island traditions and built around seasonal ingredients, from fresh Adriatic fish to tasty local lamb. Some dishes are cooked over a wood fire, imparting a sophisticated smoky touch. The highlight of the restaurant is the desserts, true must-haves that elegantly complete the dining experience.
