A smart, well-versed team of servers is also on hand to guide you through the meal. The set menu challenges the taste buds by mixing up dishes whose flavor combinations are complementary with those whose make-up is more innovative and unexpected. Presentation is strong–beets with goat’s cheese and hazelnuts is as delicious as it is good-looking–and dessert is often a highlight.
