ELPIC, once a famed grill house on Jeju Island, has found its new home in Seoul. Dry-aged, wet-aged, and beeswax-aged beef steaks are signature dishes at this steakhouse; its grilled fresh squid, caught in the waters off Jeju Island, is also a culinary delight. The method of grilling the steaks is unique: They are cooked over charcoal at a low temperature and cooled, with the process repeating for more than 30 minutes to maximise tenderness and juiciness. Pair the meat with wine for additional gastronomic indulgence.
