Kirameki is a Japanese restaurant that serves a tasting menu centered on rice. I expected rice to be the primary focus of the meal, but after experiencing the meal, but it consisted as a wide array of dishes. The menu is designed around the Japanese washoku, and showcases kaiseki cuisine prepared with seasonal ingredients.
