La opinión de la Guía Michelin
A modern bistro in the heart of Saronno, where guests leave their cars in nearby parking areas to settle into well-appointed tables (reservations recommended, even for lunch) and savor generous dishes, primarily seafood, though not exclusively. Fresh aromas, clean flavors, an abundance of raw preparations, and a few meat options, curiously without any pasta courses. We particularly enjoyed the “fish and chips” featuring coalfish, crispy and golden, and the Sicilian cannolo “our way,” indulgent and fragrant. The wine list is concise but thoughtfully curated, while both ownership and kitchen bear the signature of the Michelin-starred restaurant Olio in Origgio.
