Named after its founder, Vinzenz Pauli, this tavern dates back to 1894. Its intentionally preserved rustic character is complemented by cheerful design details, lending the traditional dining rooms a charming atmosphere. In summer, both the veranda and garden terrace to the rear of the building are lovely. The menu features classic dishes as well as seasonal, modern-inspired creations such as Arctic char (from Schwarzau im Gebirge) with beetroot-and-lentil rolls, marinated Malabar spinach, and horseradish velouté. There are also vegetarian and vegan options.
