In the space that once housed the family pastry shop, the Fossaceca brothers have created a gourmet restaurant. The interior is minimal and contemporary, with neutral tones, as if to leave all the attention on Nicola’s cuisine. The outdoor area is more lively and airy, resembling a small piazza. The cuisine, technical and modern, gracefully highlights predominantly regional ingredients, primarily the best Adriatic catch. Excellent are the leavened products made with Abruzzese flours and the refined coffee menu.
