Chef Romain Roullier, who has a solid track record, has been devising his menu in collaboration with chef Christian Le Squer since 2021. Skilfully cooked, the dishes are made with expertly prepared top-notch ingredients: fine langoustine ravioli, beurre blanc with chives; Hereford rib-eye steak, home-made fries; cheesecake-style crème brûlée. The backdrop is a bright, modern space with an exceptional view over the beach – Plage du Sillon. In fine weather, the terrace is a must!
