In this restaurant opened in 1984, the Vidal family serve a delicious repertoire that is an intelligent take on tradition: tasty dishes that highlight a series of small local producers (noire du Velay lamb, fin gras du Mézenc beef, market gardeners...). Aurélien's pâté en croûte is a fine technical feat and deserves a special mention.
