An elegant dining room in shades of blue and orange is the backdrop for Francisco Apreda’s cuisine, in which this chef combines Italian cuisine with spicy and Asian-influenced flavours thanks to his time spent working in Asia. He offers various tasting menus: one dedicated to his classic favourites, a second featuring his new dishes, and a third for vegetarians. There’s also an excellent wine list, with an extensive selection of wines by the glass.
