Ten seats are set around a horseshoe counter, chefs interact with guests, presenting carefully executed, boldly flavoured dishes, which are inspired by the Czech cuisine using only local products. The tasting experience starts at a fixed time in the evening, beginning with an introduction to the region's seasonal products staged in eight to ten courses. Wine pairings are offered to match.
