Grandma Chian opened this Hokkien restaurant in 1952, and her great-great-grandchildren remain loyal to her recipes, proudly displaying her cooking utensils. Mi sapam – stir-fried Hokkien noodles with seafood – is the speciality, but the menu goes well beyond it, with a clear focus on Phuket dishes, some of which are hard to find elsewhere.
