Good authentic Korean restaurants are few and far between in Paris, but this small restaurant with a large central counter is one of them. Diners look on as chef Kim Kwang-Loc, as nimble-fingered as he is precise, prepares the famous mandu (Korean dumplings) and tuna, mackerel, sea bream and beef tartares which form the core of his pared-back menu. Passionate about Korean herbs, he seasons each of his refined, flavourful dishes with irresistibly fragrant notes, perhaps in a bid to recreate his earliest culinary memories in Korea… Reasonable prices; booking recommended.
