Near the Cirque d’Hiver, this gifted chef named his buzzy restaurant after a famous Argentine clown, Pepe Biondi. South America also takes pride of place on the menu: ceviche of tuna, empanadas of meat, churrasco de las Pampas cooked over embers, or a dessert of a caramel flan with a dulce de leche mousse – to die for! Fine selection of Argentine wines.
