La opinión de la Guía Michelin
Named after the acclaimed 1958 comedy from filmmaker Jacques Tati, this intimate restaurant harks back to the founding era of French cuisine; the chefs wear toques and their classical training can be seen in time-honoured dishes like ‘Lamb à la Provençal’. That’s not to say that everything here is traditional though. The aforementioned lamb comes in three servings, there’s a pleasing level of refinement in the sauces and everything is beautifully presented, from the food to the room. The region that inspired each dish is noted on the menu, and an impressive French wine list brings things full circle.
