The food is fresh and aromatic, with emphasis laid squarely on the quality and seasonality of the produce. The "Tavolata" set menu, which also has a vegetarian counterpart, includes starters to share, a palate cleanser and a choice of different main courses. There is also an à la carte menu, reprising, for example, the starter selection from the set menu.
