In a narrow pedestrian street close to the Fontaine du Mandarous, Maison Seed has been established by a couple returning to France after extensive travels, notably in New Zealand. Local chef Rémi Cazottes cooks facing the dining room, renovated to show off its exposed stonework and vaulted ceiling; sommelier Chloé Caubel provides wine recommendations with a smile. Two set menus of generous fusion-style dishes incorporate oils, vinegars, sourdough bread etc made in-house – also available to take home. An intimate, eco-conscious restaurant that combines flavours from near and far.
