Having honed his craft at his Istanbul restaurant Yeni Lokanta, Chef Civan Er decided to bring his cooking to the streets of Soho. Traditional Turkish techniques and an open fire are at the heart of the cooking, which can be enjoyed via either an à la carte, a tasting menu or set sharing feasts perfect for groups. Vibrant, gutsy flavours abound across the dishes, which include the likes of grilled beef köfte with truffle butter and a daily changing cut of lamb cooked over the wooden fire.
