In the fine dining restaurant of the wonderfully located Maiensäss Hotel Guarda Val, the rustic charm of a 300-year-old cow byre meets modern simplicity. Service comes courtesy of a friendly and experienced team. When it comes to the food, the spotlight is shone on regional specialties. The two set menus (one is vegetarian) and the à la carte dishes are made almost exclusively from Swiss produce.
