Fabien, in the kitchen, and Hélène, front of house, have combined their two first names and come up with La Falène Bleue, where life is good and so is the food. Everything is both simple and delightful, from the carefully presented dishes (featuring ingredients sourced entirely from local producers) to the interior, decorated with paintings and vintage objects. This restaurant in the small village of Lannepax is surrounded by vineyards and has a pleasant terrace to the rear. The lunch set menu changes weekly and is good value for money.
