Despite opening over 20 years ago, the bustling atmosphere and tasty grill dishes of this izakaya-style place still shine. The Japanese owner-chef teaches his kitchen team the tricks for perfect barbecue – his famous tsukune, for example, is made with boneless chicken thigh from Japan and Brazil in a specific ratio. Grilled chicken liver from local farms is another speciality. Reservations are recommended; ask for counter seats to get close to the action.
