La opinión de la Guía Michelin
Chef Johannes Nuding needs no introduction, having previously served up three-MICHELIN-star cuisine at London's Sketch – The Lecture Room & Library. His dishes are clearly structured and creative. He excels at combining ingredients, textures and flavours in ways that are pleasingly contrasting yet harmonious. This is exemplified by his wild-caught turbot roasted on the bone, set atop seasoned borlotti beans with braised pointed pepper, confit lemon and salted capers, and completed with a classic wine sauce. Given the quality of the six-course set menu (with an optional extra course), it's hard to believe they have a kitchen staff of just three! The lady of the house presides over the dining room with warmth and finesse. Located in a charming little street in the old town, this restaurant is tastefully done out with modern and elegant furnishings and a beautiful old wooden ceiling. The small bar area with a vaulted ceiling and the walk-in wine cellar are also inviting. The bistro Secco is an alternative dining option on the premises.
