In this pleasingly laid-back restaurant overlooking the village, the Hausmann/Köhli husband-and-wife team propose a really enjoyable dining experience! She provides highly attentive service with plenty of natural charm, while he cooks up delicious dishes that are delightfully down-to-earth. Drawing inspiration from the region and seasonal ingredients, the cuisine is big on flavour, often with an interesting twist – for example, the gazpacho served with a small couscous salad, cured ham and fried prawns. The concise menu presented on a chalkboard is complemented by a few daily specials, recommended by the front-of-house team. There is also a well-curated selection of wines. In this lovely verdant setting, the terrace is of course another big draw!
