Talented Wout Bru is at the helm of this chic BBQ restaurant in the heart of Durbuy. The stylish outer walls reveal a dark, inviting interior whose centrepieces are an imposing bar and a dry-ageing fridge. Unsurprisingly, prime beef, such as wagyu and other premium breeds, is the establishment’s raison d’être. Superlatively barbecued, the meat is served with knockout sauces and large portions of side dishes that each diner chooses themselves. There are a few fish courses on the menu, but this is really a place for meat eaters. First-class craftsmanship and lashings of respect for the produce.
