Acclaimed Spanish chef Dani García’s BiBo is found on a small island within the grounds of the palatial Marsa Malaz Kempinski Hotel and shares a detached property with its sister op, Lobito de Mar. Dani’s travels as well as flavours from his native Andalusia inform the menu; the tapas and sharing plates have a modern edge but a traditional heart. ‘Langostinos fritos’ and oxtail brioche are just two of the dishes not to be missed, while the chocolate tart is enough for two people. The room has a clubby feel, with a centrepiece fish tail hanging from the ceiling.
