Named after a poet from the Tang Dynasty, this branch of the chain opened in 2018 in a scenic area famous for plum flowers. As its name suggests, the two buildings are surrounded by lush greenery and styled in a rustic fashion. The menu mostly features home-style Sichuan fare and river fish, such as giant long-snout catfish and organic silver carp. Thinly sliced ox tongue in mala sauce boasts a lovely texture and aromatic heat.
