Part of IN LAIN Hotel Cadonau, this inviting restaurant occupies the former cowshed of a traditional Engadin house and has a modern yet rustic style and a cosy atmosphere. Today, the menu is still a celebration of all things cow, featuring various cheese fondues, raclette and capuns (chard-wrapped dumplings), as well as fondue chinoise (Swiss-style hot pot). Tip: Cheese-making demonstrations are held regularly in the evenings. Cheese can be purchased to take home in the on-site shop.
