A 10min walk from the Albert Kahn Museum, Manon Negretti-Guichard and Antoine Guichard's restaurant has a simple, warm aesthetic. The pair of chefs have a solid track record to their names and pay homage to the Île de Noirmoutier and its famous bonnotte potato, a painting of which hangs on the wall. Manon runs the kitchen; Antoine also takes care of diners during service. The bistronomy cuisine gives pride of place to fresh produce and vegetable flavours: grilled courgette with feta and black olives; roast chicken leg (poulet jaune des Landes) with potato purée and a fragrant jus; apple crumble.
