The former guild house dating from 1616 beautifully marries historical and modern elements in the old town. In the comfort of a tasteful space with a striking original wooden coffered ceiling, diners are invited to enjoy a seasonal set menu in which regional ingredients meet international influences. It comprises four to seven courses and is also available in a vegetarian version. Service is gracious and professional – even the chef gets involved front of house. There is also a bar and cigar lounge. In summer, you can dine al fresco on the small cobblestone square that fronts the building.
