A restaurant with plenty of personality located in a residential district of the city and which takes its name from the combinations of the word “see” and the initials of young chef Dimos Samouraki to create “Seeds”. The simple, modern cuisine, centred around locally sourced seasonal ingredients and a minimalist aesthetic, is showcased on two tasting menus (Short Talk and Long Story) that show French culinary influence and vary only in their number of courses. In addition, an interesting vegan option is also available. For those who prefer more exclusivity, the floor upstairs has a loft with an elegant dining space for 10 guests, where they can enjoy a more personalised experience seated next to the superb wine cellar.
