Housed in a beautifully restored olive oil mill dating from the 18C and situated in the countryside just outside Ariano Irpino, this restaurant is an unlikely find in this mountainous region – elegant, decorated in contemporary style and with a menu featuring regional cuisine as well as fish and seafood dishes, all of which are decidedly modern in flavour.
