The upper floor of the Rathfinny Wine Estate houses this smart, well-run restaurant that boasts lovely views over the vines. Drink it all in as you sip on one of the vineyard's own sparkling wines, accompanied by colourful sharing plates. Seasonal Sussex produce is the bedrock of the cooking, fashioned into dishes that prove to be both fresh and flavoursome. Other than for a few special collaboration evenings, the Tasting Room only opens during the day, while dinner is served in the Flint Barns – a nearby farmhouse where bedrooms are also available.
