This former village café has been transformed into a vibrant, convivial restaurant. Young chef Marie Robert is passionate about what she does, delighting diners with creative dishes that are in tune with the seasons and washed down with excellent local wines. She has a flair for spontaneously showcasing seasonal ingredients. At the head of a mostly female kitchen team, she whips up trout-filled ravioli with lemon or an excellent veal filet mignon with pearls of vin cuit and polenta chips. Be bold and opt for her surprise menu – a hit with regulars, it is as playful as it is indulgent.
