This museum, which opened in 2024 in the former premises of the Bank of France, celebrates local expertise. It showcases the accordion, "poinct de Tulle" lace, and the history of arms manufacturing, with over 700 objects, digital terminals, and worker testimonies. The Maugein company, the last accordion manufacturer in Tulle until 2024, as well as the Parisian shop of Martin Cayla, a prominent figure in the world of musette dances and accordionists, are honored there.
