It is thought that these underground rooms housed the logistics centre (store cupboards, kitchens, etc). Admire the huge thick walls and lovely vaulted ceilings (up to 8m high). You will see the medieval remains of a stone olive press. Further on, in the eastern section, in what corresponds to the dining room of the upper floor, notice the ancient marble Roman table in a half-ellipse form.
