Adjacent to the Valentine Richmond History Center, Wickham House was home of prominent attorney John Wickham and his family from 1812 to 1854. Noted for its cantilevered, mahogany spiral staircase, ornate plasterwork and rare Neoclassical wall paintings, the house interprets the life of both master and slave in early-19C Richmond.
