This long esplanade was built to cover the expressway that runs alongside the riverbank. Overlooking the river, it offers spectacular views of Lower Manhattan and its skyscrapers and extends into the much-loved Brooklyn Bridge Park. On the landward side, you will walk along the gardens of the beautiful mansions.
