These ruins are one of the emblems of Macau. From São Paulo Cathedral, the largest in the late 16C, all that remains is the huge façade, the only one that survived a devastating fire in 1835. Come closer to admire the detail of the sculptures made by Japanese Catholic workers from the drawings of an Italian architect. It took 25 years to complete the project. The final result is still impressive today.
