This listed 1930s colonial building is home to a small museum, the Traditional Arts & Ethnology Centre, managed by an NGO and dedicated to the culture of the minority ethnic communities in Laos. Hmong, Akha, Tais Lue and Khmu costumes, as well as tools and daily utensils, showcase specific aspects of each tribal group.
