As you approach the Duomo, the first door that you see is the most ornate one on the left side. The imposing entrance is crowned by an arcade with a statue of St Oronzo. Inside the church, the crypt, rebuilt in the 16C, is supported by 92 columns with capitals adorned by figures of animals.
