La opinión de la Guía Michelin
Designated a "protected natural site", La Pointe-au-Sel is worth a visit for the austere landscape of its black coast battered by the waves (swimming prohibited). Created in 1942 and since restored, the salt works are composed of drainage and decanting pools, as well as crystallisation pools, which you can walk around. The salt is harvested in the morning and you can buy a bag directly at the informative Salt Museum.
