Nature has created a scene of stunning beauty here: a huge expanse of water surrounded by paddy fields and dormant volcanic peaks. Alongside the lake, the traditional village of Jun, with its houses on stilts occupied by the Mnong, has, since 1995, adapted to the advent of tourism by offering accommodation and elephant excursions. Take advantage of this unique form of locomotion to explore the village of Mlieng on the opposite side of the lake.
