This frigate was commissioned by the Royal Navy in 1824, 19 years after the Battle of Trafalgar. Today visitors can explore the Captain's Quarters and the gun deck. The upper deck still has the toilets from the time. On the quarterdeck were the 32 pounder Carronades, nicknamed "smashers". In the officers' cabins there is an exhibition on the Royal Navy.
