From the top of this filled volcanic crater (altitude: 174m), you have a panoramic view of Dundee and the surrounding countryside. The town is laid out below, with its bridges over the Tay joining it to the Fife region. To the north you can see the peaks of Ben Vorlich, Ben Lawers and Ben Macdui.
