This basin surrounded by tall buildings, which used to be the Newhaven line ferry terminal, moved in 1994, has now become Dieppe's marina. Two movable bridges provide access to the quai du Carénage which leads to the Pollet fishermen's district. The Ango and the Colbert bridges were built in 1889 according to plans by Gustave Eiffel.
