Dating from 1929, the Guardian Building, a majestic 151m-tall Art Deco building, is testament to the city's past opulence. It is decorated with sculptures and mosaics on the theme of Native Americans, and still houses offices. Come in to admire the interior, have a coffee or shop at Pure Detroit.
