The splendid collections of the Museo de Arte Hispanoamericano Isaac Fernández Blanco focuses on the various South American cultures, the combination of which contributed to the construction of the criolla identity, the first Argentine identity. It is housed in the Palacio Noel, a superb example of the neo-Colonial architecture en vogue in the 1920s.
