The alpine pastures of this quiet, unspoilt valley come up against the stone teeth of the Gruppo delle Odle, protected by the Puez-Odle Natural Park. In front of the petrified odle needles, the wide, soft-green pastures, the dark forests and the little church of Santa Maddalena form the perfect picture of the Dolomites. The southern part of the park is characterised by the Gruppo Puez and the impressive lunar plateau of Gardenaccia. Mountain bikers and hikers should stop here.
